How can I make a voice assited pattern in Fruity Loops?
I’m wondering if this is possible: I would like to sing into the mike a melody i have in my head…then plug that into Fruity Loops and put that patten of my voice (levels, pitch, tone, whatever) into a piano or string instrument and it emulate what my voice is doing..know what i mean? is that possible?
no. you need to know what notes you’re singing or experiment with instruments to match it. that’s part what being a musician is about

My Hypersonic plugin jus crashed on fruity loops can you help?
Yo my plugin on fruity loops jus crashed it says there is some dll. missing on my windows program files!!!!! Yo u gotta help me out hypersonic is the only plugin i got and without it all i got is whack stock packs and my sampling technique. I tried reinstalling nothing is working please help a young producer OUT?
Did you buy FL Studio and Hypersonic? If so, put in a support ticket with the Image-Line and/or Steinberg with some more specific info on this error.
If not, well, then that would be the root of your problem.

There are a few differences in this file and the one in the video, (like, I use a different kick drum in the file than the one that is in the video) but it’s still mostly the same.
Crank That (Soulja Boy) was supposedly produced with fruity loops, and given that finding these samples were so easy to find, I believe it.

Highly doubtful because if anything limits you with upgraded programs later it is usually your ram or video card. The processor will not limit you very much being as you probably wont even cause it to kick into the 2nd core of it.
How do you convert a read only fruity loops file (a music program) into a regular program?
We installed a back up dvd-r that had back up files including fruity loops 9 –however all the files including fruity loops 9 are read only…how can i change it or convert it back into a normal program that we can actually use again
When you say copy files to your hard drive-what exactly do you mean?
Your files are read only because they are on the dvd! You cannot make changes to files on a cd/dvd. Copy the files you want to change to your hard drive.. i’m assuming you are wanting to change the project files. Copy the .flp files to C:\Program Files\Image-Line\FL Studio 9\Data\Projects

Can i take transfer fruity loops songs into iTunes?
Is there a way i can take songs i’ve made in fruity loops and put them into iTunes? How?
Yes you can put them on iTunes. First of all you have to save the song by converting it to a wave file or mp3 file in fruity loops. You go to file then you export it to a mp3 or wave file. Then after that’s done you can upload it to your iTunes by dragging the file you just made.

Can I put my Full Version of Fruity Loops 9 on a 16gb portable hard drive?
I use fruity loops alot. It would be nice if I could put the program on a portable hard drive so I can use it on any computer I am around. I know the flash drive has enough space, is this possible to do? If so, how? Thanks in advance.
Copy and Paste it to the hard drive, but you cannot run a program on a external hard drive, you can only store it on the hard drive.

How To Use Fruity Loops for Making Profesional sounds?
Well i just got fruity loops and im trying to make some music but im not sure where to get started. I checked their website, it’s confusing on how they explain it, and im not sure how to put beats i make in my head into the program if you get what i mean. I try doing it but its so complex with the amount of things you can use. Thanks for helping
Start out with a simple drum beat. open the SS (the window with the 16 boxes 4 grey 4 red 4 grey 4 red) then throw in your kick and snare and hats from the soundbank (right click the sound yuo want to use and click on send to channel). set your tempo up at the top to whatever speed you want it to ( hip hop beats usually set from 70 to 100, techno around 130 to 180 and rnb slow like 60 to 80) and put your kick in the first box snare in the 5th kick in the 9th and snare in 13th and hats every 1 2 or 4 sqaures and you got yourself a simple drum beat. after that i would throw in a synth and get the melody going and either record it on keyboard or click it in on the piano roll. next i would make a bassline to go with the kicks and melody. finally add in any finishing touches like toppings on a cake, and there you got it, a platinum hit. after you understand the basics you could start experimenting with new features/buttons/ knobs you find, they’ll all do something but you might not understad them at first. dont feel overwhelmed just have fun… it took me about a year or two to understand fully how fl5 worked but i had fun learning everything. save everything you do cuz you’ll look back in a year or so and laugh at what you used to be doing.

Fruity loops is nice and all but it’s a little complicated for my taste. Any programs out there similar but simpler?

FL Studio only seems daunting a bit because of how open the workflow can be. You decide how you work. You can make it as simple or complicated as you want. It is not a linear lane based sequencer.
That being said, try it out a bit more. Find your ‘flow’ and get comfortable with it, you will go a long way!
It’s pretty basic as it gets though once you get the hang of it. It’s very smooth (Especially the midi/piano roll editing).
